Fragile Item Handling Our soy candles are carefully hand-packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at simplycandles101@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll make it right promptly.
